4 Oz Fresh Apple Cider
.5 Oz Pure Maple Syrup
.5 Oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Bitters
Ginger Beer to top
Ground Cinnamon (for rim and garnish)
Apple Slices and Cinnamon Stick (for Garnish)
Instructions

1. Rim a highball or copper mug with cinnamon sugar: Run a lemon wedge around the rim, then dip in a mix of 2 parts sugar to 1 part cinnamon.

2. Fill a shaker with ice. Add bourbon, apple cider, maple syrup, lemon juice, and bitters.

3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until chilled.

4. Strain into your rimmed glass over fresh ice.

5. Top with ginger beer for effervescence.

6. Garnish with thin apple slices fanned out and a cinnamon stick. Dust with a pinch more cinnamon for that fireside aroma.
